2013 Global Write for Rights

Once again, Group 342 participation in Amnesty International's annual Global Write for Rights campaign. During two weeks (that overlap with International Human Rights Day on 10 December) in early December, concerned people throughout the world write letters to and on behalf of a dozen or so activists highlighted in that year's campaign.

We held our event on Saturday, 14 December. As usual, we set up our table at Ten Thousand Villages in Exton. This year, however, we were inside the store (rather than outside, in front of it). This new location made it much easier for us to interact with visitors and for them to sign cards. We are very grateful to the store's staff for all their help in setting everything up and for giving us such a warm welcome!
